There are two ways to clear client videos:
- Clear the video link directly in your account.
- Send an invitation to your client to clear the video themselves. This feature is available with a Pro Subscription.
How to clear a video:
- Log in and go to the Account page.
- Click on "Safelist."
- On the Safelist Videos page, click "Safelist a Video."
- Add the video link and click "Clear."
How to share a clearing invitation with a client:
- Log in and go to the Account page.
- Click on "Safelist."
- Click the "Create invitation" tab.
- Enter the project name and click "Create link."
- The link will be copied to your clipboard and can be shared with the client.
- The link is valid for 30 days. If needed, you can disable the link earlier by clicking "Disable link."
Note: An active subscription is required for your client to clear content using the invitation link.
