Epidemic Sound may be obliged to collect value added tax (VAT) on our services provided to Korean customers.
If VAT applies, it will be charged on your purchase and appear on the payment page as a separate line item.
VAT is charged based on address information provided by you. To ensure accuracy, please log into your account and enter the correct details under Billing Information, available under the Subscription tab. To update your details, simply press “Edit”. If you need help, please submit a request via our helpcenter.
If you are registered for VAT in Korea, Epidemic Sound will not charge VAT on your subscription fee if you provide a valid business registration number (“Tax ID”). To review and update your details, please log into your account and enter your Tax ID under Tax Information, available under the Subscription tab. To add or update your Tax ID, simply press “Edit”. If you need help, please submit a request via our helpcenter.
You must also be able to provide Epidemic Sound with a business registration certificate issued by Korea’s National Tax Service (NTS) upon request. If you are VAT registered, please send a copy of the business registration certificate by submitting a request via our helpcenter.
