How credits are calculated
- 1 credit = 1 character
Characters include letters, numbers, punctuation, and spaces. - There is a monthly character limit for voiceovers, as listed on our pricing page.
- There is a character limit for each voiceover creation. This means you may have to break up longer texts into multiple parts and create each part separately.
- Credits are used every time you create a new voiceover – whether it’s with one of our voice artists or your own voice.
- Because every voiceover generation is unique, with variations in intonation, pace, and other nuances, credits are used for every new version or edit.
- If you delete a voiceover, the credits used to create that voiceover are still deducted from your monthly allowance.

Credits are tied to the billing period and automatically renew on your billing date each month.
For example, if you are on the Pro plan with 50,000 credits/month and your billing date i June 15th, your credits will reset to 50,000 on July 15th.
Note: For billing dates at the end of the month, renewals occur on the last calendar day of the following month.
