Change/reset password

To change your password:

1. Log in and go to your Account page.
2. Under Account, select Profile.
3. In the Change Password section, enter your current password, then your new password.
4. Click the Change Password button to save.

If you’ve forgotten your current password, log out and click Forgot your password? on the login page.

Note: You can’t switch from email password to SSO. However, if you have an SSO account, you can choose Remove this login method to add a password or contact Customer Support for help.
