I got an error saying “this already exists in another subscription”. What should I do?
First, make sure you are inputting the information for the correct channel you want to safelist. If the information is correct, it means that this channel has already been safelisted under another Epidemic Sound account.
If you have multiple Epidemic Sound accounts, please login to your other accounts and check if the channel has already been safelisted there. If so, you can remove the Safelist and add it to the correct account.
If you cannot locate the source of the existing Safelist please reach out to customer support for help.
Can you remove or update the channel(s)?
Yes. If you need to update your channel information you can use the edit or remove functions on the right of your channel information in your Epidemic Sound account.
Is there a limit to how many times you can update the channel(s)?
Yes, you may only change your channel up to 10 times. We do not recommend making a habit of changing your channel. This leaves room for error and may result in receiving copyright claims.
